At CogniQuest Learning, we created the POP Method, the Phonics Organizational Program, to help children build stronger early reading foundations through a clear, visual, and story-based approach. Instead of relying on guessing, children are guided step by step as they learn how letters, sounds, vowels, and consonants work together to form words.
Through CeCe’s phonics map and the adventures of CeCe and the Super 6, children are introduced to reading in a way that feels playful, structured, and less intimidating. The series is designed for children ages 4 to 9 and supports phonics, decoding, sound recognition, and early reading confidence at home or in the classroom.
Shawna Fleischer, a graduate with a Bachelor of Education from McGill University, brings her expertise in special education to our team, playing a crucial role in shaping our unique and engaging reading program.
With dual degrees in education and psychology from McGill University, Lianne Routtenberg showcases her comprehensive understanding of child development and the psychological aspects of learning.
Together, Shawna and Lianne have co-created their specialized reading program, focusing on reading and writing to pave a unique path for children's literacy. Their collaboration, rooted in shared knowledge and dedication forms the cornerstone of their innovative educational initiative.
About our
Our Mission
Our mission is to make early reading feel more approachable, engaging, and meaningful for children and families. CeCe and the Super 6 was created to support young readers during the foundational years, when children are learning how sounds connect, how words are built, and how reading begins to make sense.
By combining storytelling, phonics practice, and CeCe’s visual reading map, our goal is to help children feel more confident as they develop the skills they need to decode words and grow as readers.

Step into Storytown, a magical world made entirely of books, where CeCe, Mayor Blue, and the Super 6 vowel superheroes go on exciting adventures to stop the mischievous Scrambler. With CeCe’s phonics map leading the way, children follow each adventure while learning how sounds connect to form words.
Across the 15-volume series, each story introduces young readers to important phonics and decoding skills through playful characters, colorful worlds, and structured reading practice. The result is a reading experience that feels less like a workbook and more like an adventure children can be part of.
