At CogniQuest Learning, we understand the concerns parents have about their
child's ability to adapt and thrive in school. That is why we developed the POP
Method ( Phonics Organizational Program) to advance literacy education through
our innovative CeCe and the Super 6 reading adventure series, specifically
designed for children ages 4 to 9.
Our program equips children with the skills
they need to confidently face the challenges of school life, ensuring they not only
fit in but excel, giving parents “peace of mind”.This multisensory approach to
learning serves as a proactive tool to prevent future literacy challenges, aligning
with our overarching goal of not only supporting formal education, but also
ensuring children develop strong literacy foundations from the start.
Shawna Fleischer, a graduate with a Bachelor of Education from McGill University, brings her expertise in special education to our team, playing a crucial role in shaping our unique and engaging reading program.
With dual degrees in education and psychology from McGill University, Lianne Routtenberg showcases her comprehensive understanding of child development and the psychological aspects of learning.
Together, Shawna and Lianne have co-created their specialized reading program, focusing on reading and writing to pave a unique path for children's literacy. Their collaboration, rooted in shared knowledge and dedication forms the cornerstone of their innovative educational initiative.

Mission and Vision
CogniQuest Learning is dedicated to ensuring the literacy of young children, focusing specifically on the crucial ages of 4 to 9. During this formative period, our program supports parents in teaching their children how to read. Beyond age 9, we recognize children naturally transition to using reading as a tool to acquire knowledge. While our program primarily focuses on the foundational years, we take pride in laying a robust groundwork for future success. We empower children to become critical thinkers, fostering the skills they need to independently acquire knowledge through reading.
